Whenever I have service on my vehicle I know it’s in good hands. The service agents are always welcoming, informative, and make me feel like I don’t need to worry about a thing! I had an issue with a dead 12V battery in my 9-month old EV6. Over the course of a couple days, I spoke with the staff and explained everything that happened and under what circumstances. The listened intently, took detailed notes, and never interrupted. They would ask clarifying questions. When I dropped of the car at my appointment time, Nadia said that I could up to 6 hours to solve the problem and got me into a loaner vehicle. They redid a recall without being asked just to make sure that wasn't the issue. When that work was done and the entire car checked out without issue, the technician pulled the logs from the car's computer system where they found the issue, which was actually Kia's Access remote command app. The car was in perfect condition. Nadia called me 3 hours later and explained everything they had done and the results in detail. When I returned to pick up my car, the paperwork was ready and complete. This treatment is why I keep going back. More
