good afternoon, i am very sorry to hear about your experience. i have had a chance to dig into this and have a few answers for you. you are correct, we do believe that the Torque converter is going out, when we had the car we were unable to duplicate the issues that you are having, this is important because the warranty company (Kia) will not cover a repair on a component or part unless it fails. We understand how important a working vehicle is and we also understand why you are frustrated, we feel the exact same way, as soon as the part fails the warranty will kick in and this will allow us to submit to Kia for reimbursement. and get your vehicle fixed by a Kia master tech in a timely manner. we are nothing without our customers and we sincerely hope that this explanation and apology helps in some way. thank you again for the opportunity and we hope to see you again very soon Erik Butler/GM Kia of Everett .
