Erik Lett does not have respect for customers if he doesn't like what they have to say. At which point he will not allow you to even speak. Very frustrating and unproductive. The work is still not complete. the fabric skid plate was not installed properly and I had to tie it up to keep it form dragging. I believe the part is in now and we need to bring it back into get it replaced, as much as I really don't want to deal with the service dept again.
