I purchased my 2013 Kia Sportage new when it was performance Kia and had all my service done there, when the dealership.changed hands all my service records disappeared. it’s poorly handled seller buyer process which includes assurance which is just a marketing gimmick. I don’t think, I will be buying an unreliable , unsafe KIA EVs again.
