Thank you for the input, adding that 3% charge was not an easy decision, we did make it so that there is no charge at all if our customers use their debit cards, and we are encouraging our customers to utilize that option as we understand that the extra 3% is hard to swallow sometimes. if there is anything else i can do for you or if you're in the store please stop by and say hello, i have a free oil change for you.
