He explained the work schedule and escorted me to the waiting area where he showed me an outlet to plug-in my laptop. He handled all the paperwork efficiently and accurately. The purchasing experience here was pretty nice, with a pretty low key approach. Unfortunately, my EV6 suffered a major failure after I had the car only five days, and it had to be towed back to the dealership. It took about two months for the various problems to be corrected. I needed to rent a car for about half the time, until Kia Customer Service got involved and then a loaner car became available. I'm still waiting on the rental car reimbursement. The dealership and I also disagree about a dent in the car. I didn't see how I could have dented it, since I'd only had it five days and it was parked in my garage when not being driven - never in a parking lot. The dealership said it could not have been there when they delivered it to me, but given the poor prep that this car had before delivering, I think that the dent was there but missed. I got it repaired at the dealership but I paid for it. However, I have the car back for a few weeks now and it seems to be working well. More
