I purchased my vehicle here and have always brought it back for service. It’s normally been a good experience. This time things weren’t quite as good or seem as professional. In the days leading up to my appointment I received multiple reminder texts even after I had confirmed the original one. I then received another confirmation text with the wrong date, followed the next day with a correction. Then three days after the completed appointment I received another email stating that my car was due for service! At check in I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes, but it wasn’t. I really don’t like your policy of charging for using a credit card. The bank fee is part of the cost of doing business and is absorbed by most other shops. My debit card had expired and had to pay a $6.60 surcharge. More

Staff was friendly and helpful. O ly complaint is when I scheduled the apoinment I was told the work would take 4 hours. It acctually only took one hour. Brought in for both headlights out. Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Replaced driver’s side headlight housing, no information provided as to how passenger side was Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Taken back following weekend because driver’s side blinker wasn’t connected. Now the passenger side headlight is not working. Have given this place almost $2,000 for important work which has not been reliable. I do not trust them. Beginning to suspect I’m being taken advantage of. More

We are exceptionally pleased with the Service Department at KIA of Everett! While waiting for our vehicle we were greeted by everyone who walked past us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful; it was a gre at KIA of Everett! While waiting for our vehicle we were greeted by everyone who walked past us.
