I was at the dealership for 6 hours, it was mostly due to waiting on trying to figure out numbers from the bank. My sales person, Joni, was amazing. Clifton worked with us in buying a 2020 Kia Soul GT Turbo. He was professional and informative. We are happy with the condition of the car itself. However the dealership advertised the car at $28,600 b Turbo. He was professional and informative. We are happy with the condition of the car itself. However the dealership advertised the car at $28,600 but they tacked on accessories that we would not have ordered. They preceded to add these items to the cost of the car. This is false advertising. The security and Pulse systems add additional cost. They told us they could not remove the Pulse system so charged us for it. The finance department tried to charge us for items that we didn’t want. The finance staff person didn’t make the process and final cost clear to us. Check your contracts carefully. I would not recommend this dealership because of their lack of straightforwardness. More
