I had a great experience during my last car service at Kia of Everett. They were very friendly and they serviced my car in the exact amount of time they estimated it would take. The waiting area was also Kia of Everett. They were very friendly and they serviced my car in the exact amount of time they estimated it would take. The waiting area was also very comfortable and well stocked for chilling out for a couple hours. More

I’ve been coming to the Everett Kia for as long as I can remember. The service team always helps me with my car maintenance and Nadia is over the top helpful every single time! Very accommodating when I had remember. The service team always helps me with my car maintenance and Nadia is over the top helpful every single time! Very accommodating when I had a sick child and had to cancel & the next day I was an hour later than my appointment. There was only kindness and understanding and I really appreciate it. Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work done is buying a new car. After how the parts/service departments failed to follow up on every appointment she is refusing to Kia which was in the top 2. Great job! More
