My daughter's Kia keeps loosing battery power and I dropped the car on Thursday and requested them to trace the draw. They said it costs $150 to diagnose the draw. No one called me on Friday or Saturday and no one returned my calls. l called today 1/10/22 and I was told my battery is not good which l had already indicated. They said they needed a new battery to trace the source of the draw. They told me a new battery cost $350 which is rediculous. I adviced them to change the oil and leave the battery. When l went to pick the car up, they insisted on charging me for the diagnosis for the draw. I asked them if they were abke to identify the source of the draw and they said they could not trace it because l declined to buy a new battery. I asked them what they are charging me for and they said my battery is not good. This is day robbery and will take them on. East Hard Kia Service is a scam and desperate. More

Do not buy from this TOXIC dealership. The salesmen that work here are incredibly rude, condescending and more interested in being on their phones. Kevin Knapp was a condescending bully with a grudge who clearly needed to reassess his life's calling as it is not in helping anyone buy a car or running a professional dealership. Kevin, please go on a permanent vacation & figure out what's crawled up your butt so you can find a job that better suites you. The only helpful person we met was named Kash but even with his help the whole experience was too disgusting to return. The owner of this dealership should be made aware of these idiots. More
