My husband and I went here with a specific vehicle in mind to test drive but were unsure if we were going to buy it. Joey was very helpful in answering our questions and unlike a lot of salesmen, didn't mind to test drive but were unsure if we were going to buy it. I worked with Richard Blanchette as the Internet Sales Executive while shopping for a new car. Rich was very professional and helpful in comparing different vehicles and features available with each. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, and the price range that I wanted to stay within. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy which made for a very pleasant buying experience. I was able to get everything that I was looking for in a new 2013 Kia Optima EX Premium, and I couldn't be happier! I even returned 2 days later with my girlfriend for her to make an SUV purchase working with Rich. More

We finalized our purchase of our 2013 Kia Soul today and it was an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with everyone who assisted us. Right from the beginning the employees were kind, courteous, knowle it was an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with everyone who assisted us. Right from the beginning the employees were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Most importantly, we were not pressured at any time and felt very comfortable throughout this experience. I had a very bad experience with Gengras Kia, i drove 5 hours to the dealer and was treated rude. There were things wrong with the car that i was not told on the phone before i drove 5 hours. They told me hours to the dealer and was treated rude. There were things wrong with the car that i was not told on the phone before i drove 5 hours. They told me i should expect it because it was a 2011. They weren't helpful at all and even after i got the car home and had questions i tried to solve some of them over the phone and they wont return my calls. I guess i learned my lesson and will deal locally. I love the car just not the dealer i dealt with. More
