I know without a doubt I got the best deal possible thanks to the cooperation and patience of Howie and Ryan. Right out of the gate, Howie and his manager matched the price I was quoted by another Kia Dealership. In the end, the deal ended up being better than I could find from any other Kia dealership in CT or RI. During the buying process, Ryan made sure everything went smoothly. He showed a tremendous amount of patience with us. We bought two new Kia Souls so as you can imagine there were a lot of decisions to be made, i.e. colors, options etc. Ryan guided us through the process and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Overall, the experience was great in terms of customer service and price. Not only that but since taking delivery of our Kia Souls we've found the quality and value of the vehicle itself is fantastic...very fun to drive! We made the right choice for a vehicle and dealership. I would definitely go back to Kia in East Hartford and I will be recommended them to others. More

The one in East Hardford is right at the top just like I expected. Most of the time for service this time was to buy. This dealership went out of their way to find the perfect Soul in the state of Connecticut and they found it. Everything I wanted, but not only was the salesman George was awesome so was the financial manager unbelievable. If anyone deserves a "10", this dealership rocks. But what is great is the service department rocks even better. What an awesome team More

I told the salesman George Rodriguez my choice of car the Optima I was looking for a car and stopped by Kia oh East Hartford on my mother's referral. He arranged a test drive and then the manager Danny Pavao was able to make me an offer 33% than what I had given as a max payment. I took the car home that day. I was only there for service, but they were amazing! I had to have the radio in my 2010 Kia Forte replaced. Jeff and John were absolutely amazing. It's nice to be able to go to a dealership and have an actual conversation with someone versus just small talk. They got me in and out as quick as possible. I don't care that it's a 40 min drive for me, I'd go back for service any day, let's just hope I don't have to! :) More

Most efficient and positive car buying experience ever I lease my cars. Always for 3 years. I have been leasing from a different dealer for the last 2 vehicles. My current lease was coming due and I was I lease my cars. Always for 3 years. I have been leasing from a different dealer for the last 2 vehicles. My current lease was coming due and I was over my miles. The dealership where I leased the car gave me nothing but hassles and headaches despite the fact that I was a loyal customer. So I tried Kia of East Hartford after receiving an advertisement from them in the mail. Doubtful about the content of their advertisement (looking to buy my car) I called anyway and expected a bunch of bull and run around. It was exactly the opposite. I told Danny Pavao, the sales manager, exactly what I had, what I was looking for, and that I was not interested in what I had been put through by my current dealership. He actually called me back within hours and we made a deal over the phone! I still doubted that they would stick to their word, and when I drove in with my trade, I expected back-peddling and double-talk. That never happened. George Rodriguez, my salesman, was prepared with the car just as stated. The finance manager, Dan Furia, had the paperwork prepared. The entire process took about an hour. I drove away expecting a phone call that there was a problem with this, that, or the other and that I needed to return to sign something, pay more money, etc. I just can't believe how efficient and honest the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, efficiency, and a really nice new car! More
