Terrible experience. We brought our minivan to have our electronic sliding door fixed. They had the car for 3 days before we got it back, and I kid you not, we drove it f We brought our minivan to have our electronic sliding door fixed. They had the car for 3 days before we got it back, and I kid you not, we drove it from their garage straight home, first thing we did was test the door, and it did not work ONCE!!! If that was not frustrating enough, they said while they had the car that they would do a recall on some part in the engine. We thought sure, why not while it is here? Well, right after bringing it home, again, the oil light started going on and off and smelled funny. We brought it back of course, expecting them to take a look considering they just had it and it was related to the work they had done. NOPE, I was told that they need $135 JUST TO LOOK AT IT, even though it was spilling oil literally AS WE SPOKE on their garage floor. I was told it was a coincidence.... We never once had an issue with this until they touched it! I refused the payment, and told them I would bring it elsewhere. They claimed they would at least look at the door again, whatever good that will do, and we left. Now I just got a message from my wife that their supposed head of service "looked" at it for "free" (real tough one guys, so hard to see all that oil on the floor) but it was going to be $700 to fix it, but they would provide a rental car. Now I'm completely stuck since all of the oil has leaked out and to bring it elsewhere it would likely break down on the side of the road. Absolutely abysmal experience, can't stress it enough. Completely incompetent, will NEVER bring my car here again no matter what I do. More

I am making a second complaint about my treatment of a service representative while getting my car serviced on 2/21/22 for new brakes and battery. I thank Ryan Peterson (sales) and Jose ( finance)for doin service representative while getting my car serviced on 2/21/22 for new brakes and battery. I thank Ryan Peterson (sales) and Jose ( finance)for doing a great job. My complaint is about the rude and condescending service person who I dealt with regarding my KIA! He was rude to me when I brought the car in, during the service and when I was ready to leave. I do not know his name and I am sure he signed off on my repair. I waited over 6 hours to get my car serviced since they did not have a shuttle to take me home and pick me up.He got me when the car was done and was so rude to me. I asked about the car being washed and he ignored me completely. I was told this would be done. A truck lock recall was also repaired and as a result my key fob horn button no longer works. I complained about the hatch on my gas tank failing to open and my turn signals will not turn off at times. The service represenative completely ignored me at that time too. I watched him with others and he was nice to them? Needless to say I am upset about this treatment! Sandra Hamilton More
