Transmission Issue I had an issue pop up on the car screen saying a possible problem with the transmission. I called the dealership and spoke to Jeff and explained my is I had an issue pop up on the car screen saying a possible problem with the transmission. I called the dealership and spoke to Jeff and explained my issue (my wife is 40 weeks pregnant) so having a working car is essential. He was able to slide me into an appointment 2 hours later. Arrived and the paperwork was filled out ready to go. He kept me updated on the process. 2 hours later we were on our way with a running car. I am very happy, pleased and appreciative of the service department. Very good job and I will continue to come back. More

Fast Service, They Go the Extra Mile I have been to this dealership twice to get serviced. Both times, they were very polite and professional and they serviced my car very quickly. The last time I went to get a recall part repaired and they also checked my car over thoroughly for any other issues, and they gave it a car wash free of charge! I'm very happy with the service here. An pleasant experience start to finish Ryan, Marissa, Jesse & the rest of the staff made our experience purchasing a certified preowned Kia pleasant. The car is for my daughter, who lives i Ryan, Marissa, Jesse & the rest of the staff made our experience purchasing a certified preowned Kia pleasant. The car is for my daughter, who lives in NH, & I live in MA, which could have made things a bit difficult; however, everyone made sure that wasn't the case, unlike some of my previous car purchases. If necessary, they were willing to make exceptions to their typical procedures, such as FedExing sales documents to NH, to make life easier for us. When we picked up the car, the oil had been changed, the air filters had been replaced, the brake rotors had either been turned down or replaced, & new tires were installed (because the dealershipdecided the existing tire tread depth was borderline). I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I only hope that the car treats us as well as Ryan, Marissa, & Jesse did. More
