My car buying/ service experience I chose Kia because I saw the car I liked on their site; and because I considered them professionals and honest. I was not disappointed in the sales r I chose Kia because I saw the car I liked on their site; and because I considered them professionals and honest. I was not disappointed in the sales rep, Miquel or the service team that worked on my car. They were very pleasant to work with and I believe they honor their work. The only disappontment I experience was, because I was purchasing a used vehicle, I wanted my mechanic to look at before purchase; but they did allow me to do that. I didn't like this fact; but I trusted the sale rep and belived he would not sale me a clunker. So far I am very satisfied with choosing Kia of East Hartford for my purchase. I'd buy another car from them, no problem. Suggestion; they need to trust the consumer, like they expect to be trusted when people buy used vehicles though; after all, their the ones purchasing.
