On the morning of March 13 between 7:30am-8am I was in for an oil change...we were expecting a huge snowstorm and it had already started snowing so the only salesperson that had made it in so far was Larry. I asked for some information on one of the vehicles they had there, a gorgeous 2018 Optima, Larry immediately got up and helped me out. Even though His title says Sales Consultant Larry did no selling that morning, He simply provided excellent customer service and along with Jeff from the Service department and Danny in Financing helped me trade in my Sorento and drive away with the Optima that I wanted. I didn't need or want to be sold anything, I already know that Kia is what I love to drive, I simply wanted customer service and I got exactly that from Larry. I'm a customer for life and I will be recommending Larry and Kia of East Hartford to everyone I know. More
