It was ok This was my first service since I bought the SUV in October. I didn't go because I'm very pregnant so my husband brought it. I called the day before to make sure nothing was being charged. When he got home he gave me a receipt of the oil change charge. I was very upset as I was told there were no charges as i pay my oil change fees every month in my bill. For my first service I was not impressed. When i called the guy said he didn't know and they don't tell him who owes and who doesnt. Very unprofessional. More

This place has the Best employees I have nothing but great things to say. The service manager has excellent customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a bad mood. Great!! Everybody was so nice and informative.....my service advisor, Jeff was great... Also, I ordered my owners manual and already paid for it...
