Great customer service and follow up! I worked with Leo. He was able to guide me into the right car for my financial situation. I went into the dealership with an Optima in mind but it h I worked with Leo. He was able to guide me into the right car for my financial situation. I went into the dealership with an Optima in mind but it had really high mileage. Leo was able to help me find another Optima that I would be able to obtain financing on that was a much better choice. Great Experience I was sent a letter in the mail about trading in my older Kia for a newer one. I went and met with Ryan and he was knowledgeable and able to get me o I was sent a letter in the mail about trading in my older Kia for a newer one. I went and met with Ryan and he was knowledgeable and able to get me out of my current car loan and into a new car lease. They worked with me and were very reasonable. I got an excellent discount on the car because I was leasing. They just made the whole process very comfortable and I was surprised at how fast they were in getting the deal done. I've bought cars at other dealerships before and been there all day. The whole process took about 3 hours max, from initial meeting and test drive, to signing paperwork to picking up the car. Marrissa in the office explained the terms of my new lease in terms that I could understand and was very pleasant to deal with. They had another person Jesse, who sat in the car with me before I drove away and explained everything about the features my new car offered and I really appreciated that. It was a great touch by the dealership because I'd probably still be sitting in my car with manual trying to figure it out. I have been to this Kia dealership before for service on my old Kia and my experiences have always been positive ones. Thanks to everyone for the great service and for putting up with me. More

Better experience then the rest I had a great experience the minute I walked in. I met with Ryan, and he sat me down and was very straight forward. I left and went to many other places to keep my options open and had the worst experience. So later on that day I returned to Kia and bought my suv.
