Not a good experience The salesman was okay at first, however once my husband changed his mind on the exact car he wanted it became a nightmare. He received multiple phone calls back to back from the sales man while he was at work. The salesman was rude, disrespectful and not professional. Even when my husband told him he would call him back at noon on his break, he received a phone call within 5 minutes. My husband ended up buying a vehicle at Premier Kia of Branford. He and I will be driving to Branford for the maintenance of our vehicles and this is an extra 35 drive for us. There is something to be said about patience, virtue and a code of ethics. This is not what Kia of East Hartford provides for it's customers. More

His entire focus was on me. He has great listening skills. I never once felt pressured, but because of his expertise was always ready to take the next step. In about an hour and a half I had bought a 2018 S model Forte and picked it up the next day.
