Trustworthy! Always straightforward, prompt responses to inquiries, agreeable staff and staff cooperates as a team. Service areas are clean and comfortable. Don't buy here! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Stopped by on a Sunday to check out a used Tesla they had listed on Autotrader. I was told it wasn't yet If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Stopped by on a Sunday to check out a used Tesla they had listed on Autotrader. I was told it wasn't yet in stock, and that it was due to come in the next day. I asked for a card, and found it strange that nobody asked for my name or offered to contact me when it was ready. Red flag #1. No problem, I thought, maybe it was my fault for not calling ahead. The next day, I called after work and let them know I wanted a test drive. Was told they would have it ready for me. When I arrived, the car was clean and parked in front. A salesperson, Ryan, was waiting for me. I thought it was just paranoia when it seemed like 5 guys were hovering around to see who was coming in to check out the Tesla. Red flag #2, but I shrugged it off. I was led inside and after the usual small-talk, asked some questions; I let Ryan know that I wasn't sure about purchasing that vehicle in particular, but that I was likely to buy within the next 30 days. After speaking with his manager, Danny Pavao, Ryan returned and told me that they would not allow me to test drive the vehicle because I'm "not ready to buy". He told me his manager thought there was a risk of me damaging the vehicle before "someone else bought it". As much as I wanted to argue, and explain the difference between "within" vs. "in" 30 days, I simply left after telling him that I would never purchase anything from them. Now that I think of it, I wasn't even shown the vehicle before all of this happened! I've never been so insulted at a dealership. I hope the owner of this place reads this, because it's profiling at its worst! I have excellent credit, a great salary, and can buy a vehicle much more expensive than what I was there to see. Since I was coming from work, I had on business attire, so I wonder what Danny saw that he didn't like when he refused to let me test drive a car I'm interested in? More

Best new car experience ever. Had to acquire a new car fast as our 2013 KIA Spectra died. Ismael was superb assisting me, explaining all the options, the Forte vehicle and all it's specs, Marisa was really easy to work with on finances, and the gentleman at car pickup was extremely thourough. Overall, the best dealership experience we've ever had. Not pushy, easy to work with, and nice, knowledgeable individuals. We will likely be in the market for 2 more vehicles soon and KIA of East Hartford will be our only place we go More

Best dealership in CT Stopped into Kia East Hartford just to look around. An hour later I was buying my beautiful Kia! Ryan Peterson looks like a MAN with the epic beard an Stopped into Kia East Hartford just to look around. An hour later I was buying my beautiful Kia! Ryan Peterson looks like a MAN with the epic beard and all but is seriously the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. The good impression started as we pulled in the first time. This was my first time visiting here and Ryan was waiting at the door to open it and welcome us. He was responsive to our needs and requests and was never pushy at all. He simply went over different options like used, new, terms, etc...and allowed US to make our own decision. He was very capable and literally jumped to our every request during our buying experience. He went above and beyond what was expected. Now I can't stop referring my friends and family to this dealership and this salesman! I will defiantly be a lifelong shopper here! More
