They demonstrated patience with me (it's a big decision). Michael and everyone was supportive every step of the way. Plus, my Sportage rocks. I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on it. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and Michael and plan on going back for my next car. More

Standard fare The staff was very friendly. The approach was the stereotypical car dealership rhetoric. I went in because of the commercials promising a great trade The staff was very friendly. That was only for New leases which was limited because they were”getting ready for the 2019 models to come out”. After some bedazzling looks at the inventory on their computer, a used vehicle was a better option. Management tried to deny the certified used car warranty(vehicle was 400 miles under the necessary mileage limit) citing that it was “too close to the mileage cap”?? Under the limit is under the limit(60k miles, vehicle was at 59,600). Ultimately, they agreed to honor what the salesman promised. Then came the hard press for the extended warranties and dealer special services. After multiple refusals, we moved on. I really like the Sorrento I bought. Could have done without the hustle and the $800 processing fee(definitely high for doing some paperwork!). I’m sure the vehicle will serve me well but I doubt I’ll go back to that dealership. More
Dishonest and fraudulent. We made a deal on a car before we actually saw it so we based it on the description on their website and when we got there it was a lot different than We made a deal on a car before we actually saw it so we based it on the description on their website and when we got there it was a lot different than their description and they would not stand behind it or would not make us happy. Plan on spending a lot of time there when you pick up your vehicle because they will tell you they're working on it to get it ready for you when in reality they're not. Cut out the salesman and go directly to the sales manager because the salesman can't make any decisions on his own without making several trips to the manager to ask him what to do. When we challenge the documentation fee like it says it's negotiable right there in writing on their contract but when we asked them to negotiate they says no we cannot negotiate it state law. I hope and pray my vehicle makes it past the 30 day warranty they gave me so I don't have to go back in and deal with them ever. More
