Can't trust a salesman I purchased the car on a Thursday, and told the salesman that I would pick it up the following Wednesday. I got a call from him on Tuesday afternoon, I purchased the car on a Thursday, and told the salesman that I would pick it up the following Wednesday. I got a call from him on Tuesday afternoon, telling me that the title came in, but you can't read the VIN number on it, so they had to put in for another title and it would be another 3-4 days. Turns out that there never was a title.. due to the salesman not getting the paperwork in on time! When I asked what they could do for me since I had to wait for my car, all I got was a free oil change! When you can't trust someone, there is no reason to go back! Also got the car with only one key! Thankfully the Finance Manager was a big help and very nice, or the experience would have been even worse! More
