Just prior to leaving to pickup car I saw an email from Kia offering a Dropped car off the night before appointment for 30,000 scheduled maintenance. Just prior to leaving to pickup car I saw an email from Kia offering a nice discount on the service. Of course it clearly stated the dicount had to be presented when dropping the car off for the service. When I arived to pickup the car and mentioned the email I was told No problem, let me reprint your receipt. That’s excellent customer service. More
