He was patient and respectful with me when I needed it but also kicked me in the butt a few times when I needed that too! He could tell where I was in the process the whole time. In the end, he got the sale and I got the vehicle I wanted. Wins all around, as it should be. Kevin Knapp was great through the process as well. There was debate on a detail at the end that would have made me walk away. He did the right thing when I don’t think a lot of dealers would. Marissa was great explaining everything with the paperwork! She even WENT to DMV for me. That’s SO awesome! Recommend the dealer for sure but you need to work with Ishmael if you can, I’m not sure if any other salesman could have worked with me better! More
