Excellent Service! I ran into an issue with the locks on my vehicle on Friday evening after the service department closed. Jeff found a way to fit us in that Saturday morning, and had our vehicle fixed and ready to go by early afternoon Saturday. More

Zachary was great and answered all of our questions, and was very personable and helpful throughout the process. Marrissa had all of our financing paperwork in order for both cars and was extremely knowledgable about the financing process. She answered all of our questions and made the financing experience very easy. Lastly, Jesse explained all of the features of each of cars to us. He is a wealth of knowledge about how all of the options work in the cars. He is also very patient and makes sure that you understand how everything in the car works. The complete buying experience was a pleasure. Kia is a lot of car for the money. Very satisfied with Kia of East Hartford and would recommend the dealership to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience. I would certainly do business with them again in the future. More

Mario at Kia of East Hartford was totally positive yet realistic from the start. He found a solution, and I LOVE my new Sorento. It’s a beautiful car, feels very sturdy and rides like a dream. Everyone along the way was so friendly and accomodating, from Chris’ immediate online responses to all of my questions, to Mario who solved my problem, to Marissa who made the paperwork painless, to Jesse who showed me all the cool features inside my car. Recall Service Plus Upon receiving notification of a recall issue on our 2015 Sedona, we made a service appointment within a few days. The issue was regarding the power Upon receiving notification of a recall issue on our 2015 Sedona, we made a service appointment within a few days. The issue was regarding the power doors. It turns out two different actions were needed: (the recall), plus some replacement parts, which were covered under warranty. They performed the recall action and returned our vehicle same day, with a plan for us to return again when the needed parts came in. Everything was fixed to factory condition and explained to our satisfaction within a few days. Transportation / shuttle service was provided for each of the visits, and coordinated so that there was very little wait. The vehicle was washed & ready at pickup time. This level of attention and customer service is typical of our previous service visits- these guys earn our business & we're happy to recommend. More
