GRUFF BUT HELPFUL I arrived for my appointment and thought I had set it up to wait but it turned out that I selected drop off. The gentlemen who was at the counter was I arrived for my appointment and thought I had set it up to wait but it turned out that I selected drop off. The gentlemen who was at the counter was a little abrupt when he informed me which was off putting but I have to say he really turned around. During my time waiting I listened as he assist other customer and witnessed him walk a person who's fab (sp) no longer worked through the steps to find the hidden key slot on her door. He was patient and used humor to help her get through it. In the end I was rather impressed with his willingness to go out of his way to help out. More
