Thankfully, we had our car towed to Kia of East Hartford Breaking down in the middle of the night on a holiday in a new car can be a scary experience. Thankfully, we had our car towed to Kia of East Hartford. When they opened on Tuesday they were fully booked, but Jeff was very understanding of my predicament and he had the car looked over. Our engine needed to be replaced and we would be without our new car for 4-6 weeks. Jeff set us up with a rental and even had the rental company come and pick me up. He was great every step of the way, keeping me informed and setting my mind at ease. I could not recommend them more. I got my car back just a few days ago, they had cleaned the exterior and the car is back to running great. More

LOVE KIA! My KIA Sportage was due for its 7,500 mile oil change and inspection. All the work was completed in a timely manner and ended with a car wash.
