10/3/2018 The one thing I don’t like is when I sign a document with the amount that will be needed to pay and then later on am told “oh well the price increased The one thing I don’t like is when I sign a document with the amount that will be needed to pay and then later on am told “oh well the price increased cause of tooling and getting rid of things etc...”. If I sign a document with the amount expected to be owed and you throw me another document with a small increase, it feels like you are nickel and diming your customer, which is something not new to most dealers. I also do mechanic work on cars that which it’seems highly illogical to increase the amounts as stated above, and if I were not cornered into a wall as I was going over the pothole I would have found better tires for cheaper and did the change myself. That being said other than that everything else was decent. More

Helpful Friendly and knowledgable I had fears about bringing a car into a dealership due to past gossip but was very surprised by the experience that I had with the dealership and it' I had fears about bringing a car into a dealership due to past gossip but was very surprised by the experience that I had with the dealership and it's reps. Jeff (Front desk) was the person who assisted me from the time I called in to the time I got there I felt very much at ease. He has definitely been there for quite some time and diagnosed my vehicle issues rather fast. I dropped it off and had it back the same day. He did say that the stuff wrong was most likely covered under warranty ( steering column issues) but he did quote me what I had to potentially pay. I appreciated that because it prepared me mentally just in case I did have to pay. They also did a free oil change on top of not charging me. Would absolutely recommend whether your buying a new vehicle or bringing one in to get looked at. 10/10! More
