I Love My New Car I had a good experience at Kia. This dealership is unique in that they seem to all really enjoy working together and you can see there’s a lot of team I had a good experience at Kia. I would give 5 stars but I came very close to accidentally signing the paper work for the wrong car! I’m so happy Marissa is excellent at her job and noticed the error. They did a great job in the end. My car needed an oil change and an alternator repair. It also needed an oil pan plug rethreading. It was an $800 service but my car is up & running! Disappointing and poor customer service My car salesman was not helpful. Their were even moments throughout the sales process when he was disrespectful and inconsiderate. Even my wife and au My car salesman was not helpful. Their were even moments throughout the sales process when he was disrespectful and inconsiderate. Even my wife and aunt commented on how poor his customer services skills were in his dealings with us. For example when I arrived to pick up my car the car salesman had us wait a long time without any communication on how things are coming along with my car. After I noticed him playing on his phone my aunt and I asked if my car is ready. He suddenly jumped up went outside checked on my car and then came back in handed me the keys and said "it's ready and one of the hubcaps are broken so come back tomorrow and they will have another one for you." Then he walked away. That was extremely inconsiderate. At the time I lived an hour away from the dealership and I was in the process of moving. How can a salesperson expect someone to spend over $10,000 on a car and then have them drive an hour to receive a service that should have been fulfilled by the dealership. So I asked the salesman to mail it to my new address. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my hubcap. I have asked numerous times for my hubcap and there is still no follow through on the part of the dealership. In addition to that my car was sold to me with only one floor mat in the back. Marrissa was very kind and Bill the manager is a nice guy. For a matter of fact Bill even reached out to the service department a few times in my behalf to have my hubcap sent and it still has not come to my house. I regret purchasing a car from Kia of East Hartford. I should have walked out and purchased a car from another dealership. This process of buying a car has been a source of frustration. I honestly want to take this car and drop it off at your dealership and go somewhere else to purchase one from a dealership that follows through on their end of the deal. More
Simply the BEST! I’m a 6 time repeat customer. I appreciate that I’m dealing with the same associates year after year. So that says a lot for a dealership that can ho I’m a 6 time repeat customer. I’m not a easy customer I always have extreme circumstances that makes the deals complicated I would highly recommend Kia of East Hartford More

I can never remember his name, but he goes out of his way every time to remember mine and treats me w/ the utmost respect! I couldn't ask for anything more! More
Rushed No review of the car when I picked it up. Seats wet. Literally got home with soaked pants and sweater. One key only given. Sent and email and No review of the car when I picked it up. Several emails and still no response form while ever was told to call me back. Service department side was great. The rest of my experience was not. Once you sign the paperwork you’re done. I needed an extra key made and some other basic odds and ends taken care of after a VERY smooth purchasing process. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. They called at noon when my car was ready. I will definitely be going back for all of my future Kia service. My first impression of the service department here with out a doubt puts me at ease regarding the future care of my new car! More
Went in to fix a problem, now engine light is on I went to the dealer because they have a recall relating to the air bag, and they fixed that, but when I left the dealer the check engine light was on I went to the dealer because they have a recall relating to the air bag, and they fixed that, but when I left the dealer the check engine light was on for some reason, and it was not on when I dropped off the car so now I have to fix that and probably spend extra money. More
