Sham dealership Kia E Hartford, Ct is the WORST car dealership I have ever used. Misleading sales, service plays dumb, run around in circles! The sales department mis Kia E Hartford, Ct is the WORST car dealership I have ever used. Misleading sales, service plays dumb, run around in circles! The sales department misled my wife into putting $500 down payment to “hold” a used car for her husband to look at after work. When I got there I realized that the “hold” was actually a down payment and that it was non-refundable. When confronted about this they refused to give the $500 back. The car was actually decent so we went ahead with the purchase. They agreed to fix the minor scratches on the pain and the crack in the front window. Weeks of going in circles with them about the windshield and the scratches they finally agreed to honor their word. They buffed the car and epoxy filled the crack in the windshield. They constantly gave my wife the run around about the scratches and told her they had to order touch up paint for her car and would fix them when it came in. I took it in for service to have it done this time and waited 4 hours to have the windshield replaced and the scratches fixed. They epoxy filled the windshield and said if the crack continues they will replace. This is how they do it. The scratches weren’t fixed either. They only waxed and buffed it again. This time they stated they were sorry and would reschedule again to fix the scratches. Next appointment to fix scratches they buffed it again and handed my wife the paint touch up pen and said have your husband do it. Finally after several weeks of fighting about they used the pen and fixed the scratches. This time they spilled car wax all over the interior of the car and center console. When pointed out they vowed to clean it up. They did not. I had to do myself. We filed complaints with the dealership owner who also gave us lip service and the run around. The car has developed an electrical problem where it intermittently will not start unless jumpstarted and intermittently the headlights go out when turning a corner and then comes back on. The service manger actually said he knows what the problem is but will NOT fix it because they can’t duplicate the problem and told us to video the issue when it happens as we drive down the road. Do Not Purchase A Vehicle or Get Service From KIA EAST HARTFORD, CT Dealership! They are dishonest and will cause you nothing but stress all the while with a smile. More

She let the team know that she was just test-driving because she wasn't sure of which model she wanted yet and she was not buying anything on that day. Miguel Aponte took the time to take her out in the two models which interested her, explained all her options, and gave her his card as we left. He then kept in touch with her to review what she was looking for and went out of his way to work with her, to meet her needs. Though she found a car at another dealer, we were both very pleasantly surprised with how professional Miguel was throughout, and we would definitely recommend him and his dealership to friends and family. More

I was told by David Jones one price for the monthly payment, this price was already higher than I wanted to pay. But I stretched my budget a little because I really liked the car and agreed upon a slightly higher price through text messages with David Jones Upon coming in to sign the paperwork he refused to give me the car for that price and said I would need to pay $49 more than what we had agreed on. I was also promised weather teck floor mats. But again at signing the papers I was then told they don't use that brand..so why the xxxx would you tell me I could get them then??? Because you David Jones are a liar that will say anything to make a sale. I told you if you didn't get the mats and the payment where I needed it to be than I would have come there prior to signing the paperwork, to have my deposit refunded and take my business elsewhere. I was reassured that I would have the mats and the payment all set so I didn't need to take my business elsewhere but that was a lie.the manager upon being informed of this really did nothing to make it right. I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you like getting screwed over and lied to! More

It makes such a difference when you are making a huge decision and you have the support you need...along with smiles! More

The quality of the product is excellent. I am never pressured to buy/lease something I don't really want. ANY questions we have are clearly answered. There is simply nothing negative I can say about this dealership. Matt walked me through all the new features I now had on my NEW 2019 Sorento LX. Miguel helped us with our paper work. They both made sure I understood everything. Mario is the best! Great service and very professional while at the same time maintaining a friendly disposition and a wonderful sense of humor. He is always looking for ways to save me money. I couldn't ask for more. More
