Horrible Service Experience! There are no words to Horrible Service Experience! There are no words to express how much I despise this dealership and their service department and here’s why. In July Horrible Service Experience! There are no words to express how much I despise this dealership and their service department and here’s why. In July 2017, my wife purchased a “Certified” (CPO) 2014 Kia Sorento with 31K miles. The vehicle ran beautifully until July 2020 when the check engine light began to flash (OBD II Code P1326) The vehicle was towed to their facility where they determined the engine had suffered a severe failure and needed to be replaced at only 45K miles. Luckily for us, there was a recall and Kia replaced it at no charge. The car ran fine for a while, then the engine developed a strange noise, on May 13, 2021, she brought the vehicle in for an oil & filter change and asked about the noise, they diagnosed it as a bad serpentine belt but could not change it that day because they didn’t have time and then had the audacity to write “Customer declined” on their invoice. They told her to schedule another appointment to replace it and on May 26th, the vehicle went back and she was informed the serpentine tensioner also needed to be replaced for an additional $285.00 she approved the repair and came home. Less than two weeks later, the noise came back and she brought the vehicle back on June 14th. The vehicle was in the service bay for six hours and they still could not figure it out the source of the noise making her 2 1/2 hours late for work. I had to go pick her up because the SUV was going to stay there overnight, she picked it up the next day. I asked my wife to show me the invoice for the initial repair and I noticed one of the part numbers looked odd and after some research, I discovered they had installed an aftermarket tensioner instead of a factory Kia part without her consent. They charged her $180.64 for the part made by another company and $55.20 for an OEM Kia belt. The MSRP for OEM Kia parts are $159.47 for the tensioner and $40.00 for the belt which anyone can buy online for $109.08 and $27.54. Nice little profit, wouldn’t you say? They should have told her the part was aftermarket and asked if she was okay with it because I’ll bet it didn’t cost anywhere near what they charged her, not to mention the $101.25 in labor to remove one bolt that holds it which probably took them minutes to do. This vehicle has been trouble since the engine was replaced and she was not about to spend one more dime fixing it especially since none of these repairs were covered by the warranty. She got rid of the Kia with only 50K miles and got a Toyota. More

I was not treated properly as a customer by one of the sales rep Kevin, he was very rude all throughout our conversations. I've been planning over a week sending emails and text messages to purchase a vehicle. They even sent me a purchase order on which I even got loan approved from my bank. I called in just a day before our agreed purchase date to make sure the vehicle is still available and I've been told the vehicle is not available anymore and someone had placed a deposit on it. I did agree to pay the deposit a few days ago and shared my card details but the amount was never deducted from my account. When I called and asked him about this, he responded very rudely that I've asked too many questions the other day and that made him feel that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle and proceeded to sell it to someone else. I'm not sure about this dealership, but from my past experience as a customer I was never treated poorly for asking questions on the product I was interested in buying. I would have a given them a negative five star rating if I could. More
Avoid this dealership. They charged me more than the agreed price in fine print which I didn't notice at first until after the fact. The salesman was very pushy and the first question he asked when I sa agreed price in fine print which I didn't notice at first until after the fact. The salesman was very pushy and the first question he asked when I sat down was "so are you paying with cash?" He even tried to pull my credit before test driving the car. They took almost two weeks for me to get the car because of title issues which I guess isn't really their fault but they were in no rush since money had already been exchanged. The other issues came after I got home with the car. They put the wrong oil in for starters. Owners manual and even the oil cap clearly states 0w30, but they put in 0w20. Which is not a supported viscosity in the owners manual. I asked them to confirm when I got the car as well as called 2 or 3 more times to confirm this issue and never got a call back. They put new tires on the car which would normally be great if first they told me they were going to do so, and second they didn't put crappy generic all season tires, when it's a sports car thats supposed to have summer tires. There are also several dents and bends in the rims. One of them so bad that I actually have to send one out to be fixed. I know for a fact that since they put tires and balanced them they would have seen these dents and bends. The overall experience at the dealership was mostly pleasant, but once the deal was done it was like I didn't exist. More
I only give them one star because that's the minimum you can give. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I am in shock at how they treated my wife. She is sickly and we have three special needs children but can give. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I am in shock at how they treated my wife. She is sickly and we have three special needs children but she managed to make the trip with the gang in my absence. We were ready to purchase a specific vehicle that we confirmed was available from their website. The salesperson "Larry" absolutely refused to show my wife the vehicle she came to see. He said it was because it was not in our financial best interest because the bank would not finance it because it was an older vehicle. "It wasn't in our best interest." Of course he didn't mind showing her a vehicle that would raise our payments by over $200 and that was $10,000 more than what we wanted! I was in disbelief because I've been in sales for over 3 decades and I couldn't believe the sale manager would approve of such methods. I called later that day and spoke with him. I believe his name was Neil. He was obnoxious and rude and one I inadvertently interrupted him he lost it. He was aware of my wife's visit and supported the decision to not show her the vehicle that was in our budget that we called ahead of time and wanted to see. We were not going to waste anyone's time and were committed on buying. Nevertheless, other salespeople were just hanging around and talking to each other (even using expletives within earshot!) It would have been too much work to simply show her the vehicle she specifically said she was there to see. Awful, Awful, Awful. I don't know who owns this business but this is the epidemy of horrible service, and a culture that's destined to loose business. The brand sells well, but people will ultimately choose to take their business elsewhere if the sign in front is giving you the "finger". More
After they rotated my wife's tires (for free), we noticed after *1000* miles that they hadn't tightened the lug nuts on one of her tires. When I called to complain, the service guy named Joe said: 1) It after *1000* miles that they hadn't tightened the lug nuts on one of her tires. When I called to complain, the service guy named Joe said: 1) It's not in their records that they touched her tires (because they did it for free it wasn't logged) 2) He suggested that maybe someone tried to steal my wife's tire. This place is a JOKE! No customer service. Thankful I have found another KIA dealer in the area that I can start going to. More

Just Awful Avoid this Kia dealer like COVID! Please do not buy a car from this dealership. Kevin Knapp is the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever Avoid this Kia dealer like COVID! Please do not buy a car from this dealership. Kevin Knapp is the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever met. I purchased a 2018 certified Kia Sportage from this dealership and had to return the next week because of a malfunction with the driver side mirror. I had the Stamford Kia dealership look at it first and they told me that the mirror was from a different car! When we came back and spoke to Kevin, the guy never looked up from his phone and just mumbled "well you bought a used car, didn't you test drive it?" The service department was more sympathetic and helped us out but Kevin was useless. More
