I had never been so disgusted by a company before I went to Kia of East Hartford. My car was broken into over a month ago, and after being told to come pick it up TWICE and then being told I couldn’t actual to Kia of East Hartford. My car was broken into over a month ago, and after being told to come pick it up TWICE and then being told I couldn’t actually pick it up, I finally got my car back today. Not only did they scratch my doors while it was in their care, but I paid for a complete detail of the car due to the interior having blood in it from the break in. While picking it up tonight I turned on my phone flashlight and looked at the steering wheel to find it was still entirely covered in blood. I used a rag with hand sanitizer on it and it came right off, so clearly they didn’t even attempt to clean the blood. They vacuumed the floor and called it a day. Not only that, the service manager, Joe Bisaillon, told me it’s not his problem if I am unhappy with the service, because he is “not the one who broke into my car”. Im not allowed to expect even basic service after my car got broken into according to Joe. I contemplated a lot about selling this car due to the break in, and after the service I received I will never step foot on the Kia of East Hartford property again, and no one else should either. I wish I never bought the car there. More
