I stopped getting my oil changes at Kia in Huber Heights because the customer service was terrible! I’ve been a customer of Kia for 15 years, and I only came back due to a recall and I decided to get an oi because the customer service was terrible! I hadn’t been back there in about two years, and fortunately there was another service team in place. I must admit the customer service was a lot better!!! Not sure if I’ll come back on a consistent basis yet, but I’ll definitely consider it. More

Wanted to charge me $677 for a $15 spark plug. Took my car in a different time and asked them to rotate my tires. Charged me for this service, but never rotated them. I knew this because I had a tire which had low tire pressure. The low tire pressure light came on and it was in the same place. They were also supposed to check the tire as well and said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. Took it somewhere else and they found a screw and repaired in ten minutes. Kia of Dayton are thieves! Never again! Will not ever buy another Kia because of the service department. More
