Horrible customer service!!!! Previously bought an optima there in 2012 and had a great experience. We had also been really happy with our optima, so when we decided to upgrade we Previously bought an optima there in 2012 and had a great experience. We had also been really happy with our optima, so when we decided to upgrade we went back...big mistake! The salesman, Alan was too blunt and too rude to be dealing with people, wound up leaving extremely upset, the manager promised to call the next day and never did!!!! Went out to Kia of Castrucci and could not be happier the process was smooth the whole staff was professional, our salesman, Glen was great!! Left with a new Sedona! Highly recommend taking the drive and saving yourself the aggravation of dealing with kiKia of Dayton! More

First time buyer I went to kia mainly for there warranty. Lauren our sales person was real friendly and nice. She helped us buy our first new vehicle. She answered all of my questions honestly and had gave some awesome advice. My credit is not the best but they worked there magic thanks to Jason and were able to have me approved a little above my asking price. The biggest downside was that our car only came with one floormat. When it's time to buy another vehicle I will definitely come back. Thankyou to all of the employees that helped me get my new car! I filed a complaint with the BBB case # 42037625. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry SE with 40K. I noticed a small amount of over-spray on the front and back bumpers. I asked Sales Manager John Savage ab purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry SE with 40K. I noticed a small amount of over-spray on the front and back bumpers. I asked Sales Manager John Savage about this over-spray and he said that the car had some scratches in the bumper and was repainted to sell. So I purchase the car I wash the car off after it rained and notice the front bumper paint pilled off in chunks about the size of a softball keep in mind I've only owned the car 2 weeks and less than 200 miles. take it back to John and it tell me to my face that they didn't paint that area of the bumper and that repair is on me? What!! 2 weeks ago you told me it was repainted in that area.. really don't buy from this dealership or this guys unless you want a newer car back in the shop before you make your first car payment..nice work Kia of Dayton!!! More
