Service advisors need work I had a great experience buying my car at this dealership. I have not had the same experience with the service department. Recall and Service Attended appointment for recall and service items on my 2011 Kia Optima. Service writer said would be around 3 hours however, was done in 2 hours because the guys worked as a team to get it done quicker. Nice! Even got an oil change as part of the deal. Nice! Did not realize until I was almost home that they did not turn off the Check Engine light. I figured that after the recall work (engine related) was completed, they would have turned off the Check Engine light. Other than that, they are professional, courteous, friendly and more. More
