Recall and Service Attended appointment for recall and service items on my 2011 Kia Optima. Service writer said would be around 3 hours however, was done in 2 hours because the guys worked as a team to get it done quicker. Nice! Even got an oil change as part of the deal. Nice! Did not realize until I was almost home that they did not turn off the Check Engine light. I figured that after the recall work (engine related) was completed, they would have turned off the Check Engine light. Other than that, they are professional, courteous, friendly and more. More

Worked hard to get an approval I don't have very good credit and was in need of an automobile. I called and spoke to Alan Newsome and he assured me he could help me. Double Thumbs Up! I'm very satisfied with the customer service at Kia Of Dayton in Huber Heights. The car needed an oil change and a cabin filter change. Plus the sta I'm very satisfied with the customer service at Kia Of Dayton in Huber Heights. The car needed an oil change and a cabin filter change. Plus the standard multi-point check of brakes, tires, fluids, lights, etc. Everything was done in about 40 - 45 minutes. Very reasonable cost. The Service Manager was very courteous and eager to please. He reviewed the work done on the car and went over the results of the multi-point inspection, advising me when it might be time for new tires and new brake pads. The waiting area was very clean and featured a comfortable sofa and easy chair. Plus a table with chairs if you needed to open your laptop and do office work. A 45-50" flat screen TV, an assortment of magazines, the day's newspaper, complimentary chilled water bottles and coffee & tea were also available. This kind of interest in the customer is a far cry from the crowded, stuffy, small waiting rooms that were filled with cigarette smoke from 40 years ago. And you had to pay for your coffee or soft drinks back then. More
