Visit was for routine service, but I had experienced a weird occasion with the battery that I was concerned about. They listened attentively as I tried to describe what happened and promised to give it special attention. Service was completed in a very timely manner, the technician went over the report with me to let me know the condition of my car and exactly what they had done. He also told me the tests that they had run to identify my mystery problem, but everything tested out as fine. The icing on the cake, as always was the free car wash, front floor vacuuming, and front and side window wash. When it comes time to look for a new car, I will definitely be going back to Kia of Dayton. More

We had stopped at another dealership that did not give us a good feeling, so we called Kia of Dayton. The first person we spoke to, Kelly, was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. We were looking for a specific color and feature combination, and Kelly was able to locate exactly what we wanted that night. We went to the dealership and worked with Corey since Kelly was not available that day, and he was also very friendly. Everyone we worked with at the dealership, including Gabe, the service dept. and the parts dept. all treated us like we were their only customer, like family. We came away with the car we wanted, and now know why Kia of Dayton was so highly recommended to us. We would and will recommend them to our friends. More

service work Went in the first time because the tire warning light kept coming on. Put air in, but the light would come on after a couple days. Went back four days later and they discovered I had some type of roofing staple in my front tire. I was very grateful they found the problem. Since I had made a couple of trips in, they fixed it at no charge. I felt very valued as a customer. They took good care of me!! More

Safety Recall Notice I took my car in last Thursday for a safety recall notice. The next morning my car did not start. To make a long story short they said it was my batte I took my car in last Thursday for a safety recall notice. The next morning my car did not start. To make a long story short they said it was my battery. Odd that I had no problems with my battery until they worked on my car on the recall notice. I told them the mechanic must of done something to drain my battery. They were very defensive and said there was no way the mechanic did anything to the battery. Talked to the manager Melissa and she offered no empathy or apology. None of them found it odd that I never had a problem with my battery until they worked on it. Kia just cares about selling you a car but once something goes wrong and you question them about it then you will see a different side of them. Service dept and Melissa need more customer service training on how to deal with complaints. I love my 2014 Kia Optima but disappointed on how I was treated. More
