The appointment setting process was excellent. The service staff were very good at explaining and detailing work that would be done and the estimated time was less than stated. After a cup of coffee and reading part of the Dayton Daily New I took my 07 Kia Rondo in for an oil change and a general health check-up. Also a wash. After a cup of coffee and reading part of the Dayton Daily News, about all of forty minutes, I was ready to go with a healthy and clean Rondo at a reasonable cost. The wait area and restrooms are very clean. The showroom is very nice as were the new Kia cars on display. The people were friendly and help full. I'll be back.Thank you Chris Murphy. More

Saw a 2017 Sorento an This is my second Kia Sorento purchased from this dealership. Was at the dealership for an oil change, wandered out tot he lot. Saw a 2017 Sorento and then told the salesman (Kelly Burns) to knockoff a few thousand and I would buy it. A phone call later Kelly offered me the car at $4500 below sticker price. It was a pleasure dealing with a Kelly - one Air Force vet to another. Don't want to forget give some Kudos to Gabe in the finance department. Both guys were friendly, helpful, totally professional - thanks guys !!! More

Warranty service on a Kia Sportage that I had purchased used Kia of Dayton performed warranty service on my 2015 Kia Sportage. The Vapor Selenoid and Carbon Chamber needed to be replaced. Apparently the previo Kia of Dayton performed warranty service on my 2015 Kia Sportage. The Vapor Selenoid and Carbon Chamber needed to be replaced. Apparently the previous owner had over filled the gas tank and had compromised those emission controls. There was some delay in obtaining the correct parts, but after the initial efforts, they provided a very nice loaner vehicle. After the repairs were completed, I picked up my freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. More
