Unsatisfied customer Being the fact that I am a Christian I can’t say what I truly need to say but my vehicle has been taken apart and not put back together properly stee Being the fact that I am a Christian I can’t say what I truly need to say but my vehicle has been taken apart and not put back together properly steering wheel is vibrating and there’s a sound coming from my car that wasn’t there before and they ran a full diagnostic and the car was still in their care found more repairs needed that should have been found with the full diagnostic the first time and the manager over the service department sided with her technician without communicating we me at all so I still had to come out of my pocket twice $1644.71 the first time and $162.50 the second time and now my seat belt light is on and want go off I forgive them but I will not recommend nor return to Kia of Dayton ever the technician is very argumentative and hung the phone up on me Thank you More
