Not happy So I purchased a Kia Optima 2011 and had a very bad experience. I let them know my concerns regarding the brakes are making grinding noise before I purchase the car and it was grinding every time I turn the steering wheel. I was told by management they’re not gonna do anything. More

Buying the car was simple, service 3 weeks later not The wife bought the 2018 Optima, her third Kia. After driving for 2 days there was a load noise coming from the left rear of the car. She took it to K The wife bought the 2018 Optima, her third Kia. After driving for 2 days there was a load noise coming from the left rear of the car. She took it to Kia of Dayton where she bought it and they told her it was more than likely "Just the suspension Breaking/Wearing in, give it another 100 miles or so and if still there bring it back", now come on that was ridiculous, but hey it's a mature woman, she won't know that just how stupid that is. Needless to say 100 miles later still there even louder. When she took it back and they actually looked at it they found "The passenger side rocker panel curtain was loose and reattached it. They also said that the same side rear wheel was damaged scuffing and a bulge {according to them it had to be done be striking a curb) This vehicle is parked in a driveway, not curb, or parking lot when she is at work again no curb, but according to them it was curb damage, I suspect it was scuffed from a pot hole. They told her she needed a new tire at a very high cost. I went with her to personally check the vehicle and tire. I found light scuffing on the tire indicated, neither the service manager or sales manager could show or find a "bulge" or any other damage to the tire other than the scuffing. When I asked why they thought it had to be replace I got a song and dance about how they had to adhere to Kia policy and practice and that if it isn't 100% then it has to be replaced. I don't know Kia policy but I do know a rip off when I see one. we have dealt with this dealer ship for several years, always a good experience, but it seems that with a change in department managers and sales people not only has service dropped drastically but so has the integrity of this dealership More
