This location is always run very well. I know how these surveys work. Unless perfect scores are given it’s looked at negatively at the corporate level. A “B” is a good score on a report card but if I was to score an 8 out of 10, or a good instead of great, it’s looked at negatively. Employees and managers are human so NOTHING and NO SERVICE is ever perfect, but I think it’s ridiculous to always expect perfect scores. That’s one reason why I always give perfect scores. Another reason why I always give perfect scores is to offset hyper negative customers. Often times customers don’t get what they want, but quite often what customers want can be unreasonable, but they still run home eager to give emotionally motivated negative scores, so I give perfect scores to help offset those morons. I personally don’t like the survey culture that society has created for itself over the last several years. Executive management should do their own evaluations rather than having customers do their jobs for them. But unfortunately the barn door has already been opened so I will always give perfect scores to help corporate America sleep better at night. May whoever read this have a blessed day. More
