Repair after cables were accidentally put on the wrong posts James Ray II of Kia Service kept me informed as Kia carefully checked my car after it was damaged from jumper cables put on the wrong posts. As the list got longer and the costs increased, I decided to call my insurance company, who picked up the vast majority of the bill (thank you Allstate!). Kia worked well with my insurance adjustor and the car repair was completed sooner than expected. I honestly feel like James Ray II is my friend now. He and the staff were very good. More
