Very poor services I had a 2012 Kia Rio that would not start the fist time I took to the dealer they told me I needed a starter. I paid for a starter. A few weeks later I had a 2012 Kia Rio that would not start the fist time I took to the dealer they told me I needed a starter. I paid for a starter. A few weeks later the would not start I took it back to the dealer and they said they could not find any thing wrong with the car. I do not believe I need a starter. So they said the next time it does this to not start the car and have it tow so they can find out what is wrong with it. On Friday the 13th the car would not start I was at Wallmart. I have the car tow to the dealer just like they told me to. I also rented a car for the week end. On Monday they told me they could not find anything wrong with the car. So why did they have me tow it up there. I was out of $100.00 for a tow and $105.00 for a rented car and they could not fine anything wrong with the car. I was so mad I got rid of the car. I purchased a car from another car dealer ship. I do not have any faith in Kia of Dayton they do not know what they are doing. More

Great Service I was from out of town and had a problem that was a recall. They were able to get me in right away so that I did not have an interruption in my trip.
