They pressed me into buying a service contract and road hazard coverage on my new vehicle purchase. Then when I took it to them for service they tried to charge me for it and had to get into an argument wi hazard coverage on my new vehicle purchase. Then when I took it to them for service they tried to charge me for it and had to get into an argument with them about it . I had a tire damaged and they tried to charge me for it . So I didn’t get my tire fixed or my car properly taken care of even after they unfair sales tactics got me to spend extra money for service contracts to prevent this from happening. So I left dealerships with bad tire and got stuck on side of the road stranded . The jack in the car can not support the weight of the car . Jack bento and almost landed on my foot. I will never buy another car from KIA of Dayton More
Preston Dray is an exceedingly excellent salesman. My wife bought a Kia Soul last year and we were excited enough that I bought a 2020 Kia Soul this year! Oil change I went in for a routine oil change. The department staff kept me informed of delays due to being short staff. Even though I was there for over an ho I went in for a routine oil change. They took care of a recall. Got me to work and came and picked me up when repairs were done. Can't complain. May have paid a bit more than I should have. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I loved kia of Dayton. They always fixed whatever was needed, that is, until my car warranty ran out. After that, their service for me went completely I loved kia of Dayton. They always fixed whatever was needed, that is, until my car warranty ran out. After that, their service for me went completely downhill. I called to ask for a price quote for work needed on my car. I was disrespected then hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with the manager in which there was constant refusal to transfer me. After going back and forth, the service guy finally transferred me to the manager. Only for the manager to LIE and tell me that if I still brought my car in for a service, that he would then give me a nice discount to make up for his employees behaviour. I got there only for them to give me NO DISCOUNT and instead use my Kia Rev Reward points which resulted in a $10 discount. I had absolutely NO work actually done on my car. They were just checking to see what’s wrong with it and they still charged me $175!!!! They also lied about the work needed on the car. Saying that I needed to replace the entire cooling system (which I know its not true because I had it looked over at TWO other places and they never mention this). They said none of my cooling system worked which to me seems like a lie because my car has never once overheated. They wanted to charge me $900 ontop of the $175. I would never ever ever go back to this place! More
