Salesmen was friendly, but I was misled! The salesmen know our situation and they were working with me on buying a SUV. They pulled one up ask if I liked it, 2019 KIA Sorento. I wanted to trade in my Optima which I knew it was a long shot. I was told that I could chose another color if I was approved. Four hours later, I didn't trade in my car, I did get a loan for a new Sorento but it wasn't for just any one I wanted, it was the one they picked out. During the signing of my paperwork was told I didn't need any money down and left. Five days later get a call I need $1500.00 down on the car. Stated they forgot to collect it when I signed the paperwork. To me that's a big $1500 big mistake. I paid it to stop the harassing, threatening calls of being put in collection or I would not receive my memorandum to get tags. More

60,000 mile service-Kia Sorento Check out process really slow and confusing. I had coupons and there was great confusion on how to handle. Didn’t receive call that car was finished, though was told I was called and voice mail was left. Not true. Disappointed in service. Not sure car was test driven after service. No inspempnotes were given to see if other services were needed down the road. More

Helped me out My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They also did me a favor and drained the summer windshield wiper fluid from my car so that I could add a winter de-icer blend. I appreciated that. I was not sure how to drain it on my own. My solution would have been to sit in the car and run the washer until I emptied it on my own, LOL. They did a good job. More
