Helped me out My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They also did me a favor and drained the summer windshield wiper fluid from my car so that I could add a winter de-icer blend. I appreciated that. I was not sure how to drain it on my own. My solution would have been to sit in the car and run the washer until I emptied it on my own, LOL. They did a good job. More

Had an issue with my 2013 Optima. Chris in the Service department took good care after the issue had been diagnosed elsewhere. Saved me a significant amount of money. I am disappointed in the Rev Rewards program & free oil changes for a year. I think it doesn’t make sense that they start the year when you purchase your vehicle & NOT when you get your first oil change. I changes for a year. The workers are nice as usual & my wait time wasn’t too long. Overall it was an ok visit, I did not like the fact that I had to come out of pocket when I wasn’t expecting to. We were scammed! We chose a vehicle and we were persuaded to get a different one, even though they knew our situation. We felt rushed because they were closing. All we want to do is return the vehicle and go on our merry way to a more customer based dealership as opposed to someone just out to make money! We were outright lied to! We have never been treated so poorly when trying to buy a car! They said all the right things while we were there just to get the sale. They misled us on the sale completely! So many lies! I'm hoping they make the right decision and make this right! More

I have never had to go back a second time because a problem was not fixed correctly. They not only fix what needs to be fixed, but they let me know if something is coming up that may need attention. It is definitely the least painful trip to the car dealership that I have ever experienced. More
