I jave been dealing with dealership since 2012. As I always get my repairs and service done with Kia of Dayton. But this last time when I had my car service for an oil change and tire rotation some As I always get my repairs and service done with Kia of Dayton. But this last time when I had my car service for an oil change and tire rotation something happen that I never thought it would as long as I am a loyal customers after buying 3 vehicles from them. On that day very special object was stolen from my car that meant a lot to me as my mother gave it to me and she had just passed this labor day 2022. I went back to dealership as I saw it was missing and the story goes on and on. But I will mot go back to this dealership as they are liars and thieves. I hate to do this but I have no choice because I don't want to get anything else stolen from me. More

I recommend the dealership to purchase a car, but I do NOT recommend their service center. I brought my car in approximately one month ago because the check engine light came on, and the car started shaki NOT recommend their service center. I brought my car in approximately one month ago because the check engine light came on, and the car started shaking. I was told it was a coil spring, but they didn’t have the part and it would be approximately 2-3 business days to get it. I was able to get a rental car from them after repeatedly letting them know that I have no other transportation. I understand that it is very difficult to get rental cars at this time due to COVID, and I appreciate them for doing that. Fast forward to last week and I had to bring my car in again because the check engine light came on…again…and the car started shaking…again. I dealt with Brandon and he said that it looks like it’s going to be the RFI coil. I told them that I was under the impression that they replaced that last month, and Brandon said that it’s Kia’s policy to replace the spring around the coil first, in order to save Kia money. If the customer comes back with the same issue, then the coil will be replaced. I dropped my car off at 3:30 on Wednesday, and it wasn’t fixed until Friday, so I had to have someone drop me off and pick me up from work for 2 days because I have no other vehicle. No rental car was offered to me this time, which I was alright with because I didn’t think it would take 2 days to get the car back. When I picked the car up, Brandon asked me if I could fill out a survey when it was emailed to me by the dealership, and he highlighted the answers that he wanted me to mark on the survey. I read the questions, such as “Was transportation offered to you by the dealership?” and I was supposed to say “yes”, but no transportation was offered to me by the dealership, and the answers to the other survey questions were lies also, and I don’t feel right doing that. Brandon said he doesn’t get anything out of the answers to the survey questions, but I know for a fact that he does, so that’s why he wanted me to lie. He even offered me a free oil change to lie on the survey. I received a text from Amanda of Kia the next day, asking me about my experience, and I told her about the issue with Brandon and him basically asking me to lie on the survey. I also told her that a free oil change is NOT worth lying to people. I never received a text back from her or anyone from Kia, and they never sent me the survey. It’s like they want to know how your experience was, as long as you tell them it was great. I would rather travel way out of my way to go to another Kia service center than travel 4 minutes away to go to the Huber service center. More
Service center is horrible. I took my daughter’s Kia Soul, warranty and power train covered, in for noise last Friday. They said they would have to do a diagnostic but it should be covered provided we k Soul, warranty and power train covered, in for noise last Friday. They said they would have to do a diagnostic but it should be covered provided we kept up with recalls etc, which we have. They told me Friday she needed a new engine but they had to wait on certified tech to come in to send paperwork to Kia to cover the cost. I called all week with an average wait time of 45 minutes on the phone to get no answers or call backs. When I called today, they said her oil was just low but I owe 185.00 for diagnostic. I asked why they said she needed an engine and no one can give me an answer. I could have put a quart of oil in at home. I just figured they would be professional enough to check the easy stuff first. I do not believe they even did a diagnostic. Just trying to scam me out of my money. More

Terrible communication and customer service. Told one thing by one person, then got something different. Was told that person was fired after the fact. Literally had to drive to the shop to get info abo thing by one person, then got something different. Was told that person was fired after the fact. Literally had to drive to the shop to get info about car because no one answers phones are wants to call you and tell you whats going on. Told the car would be done on a Monday, then a Tuesday then a Wednesday after I dropped it off the week prior. The car basically sat while I juggled transportation and had no clue what was going on because again no one communicates. On top of it all the charges are ridiculous. Who charges over $400 for 2 shocks? In the beginning I thought this included struts because this is what the fired person led me to believe. But no $400 for 2 shocks that I can pick up online for $75. Dishonest and overpriced. Was offered some free car washes for my troubles. I could not pay my overpriced bill fast enough and take my business elsewhere. I really thought better of this place but the service shop needs help. More
