What a terrible experience. They agreed to a deal on a Wednesday, had me confirm a pickup date with an appointment for following Monday and explained they would send instruction They agreed to a deal on a Wednesday, had me confirm a pickup date with an appointment for following Monday and explained they would send instructions to complete the bank transfer for the down payment. After several days of stalling and wasting my time they messaged me at close on Sunday of the same week to say they sold the vehicle to someone else even though we had a deal. No call or follow up, ghosted. Super shady bunch over there from the online sales crew to the sales manager. What a waste of time. Avoid these folks at all costs, unprofessional schmucks. I'll never buy a Kia as long as I live because of this experience fwiw. More

Brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened, but Devin immediately opened the door as I pulled up and started taking my information. He took some time to get to know me and how well I was liking the Sportage Hybrid. He said the oil change would take about 45 minutes, but only took about 35 minutes. Devin briefly reviewed the service, gave me a free car wash pass and explained how to use. Service was quick and professional. More
