Whatever you do, don’t get your car towed here for service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if you tow it in it takes 6-8 weeks just to be SEEN. They don’t cover a rental for all that time. No appointment can be made apparently. Just they’ll get to you in a few months when they finally get to you. And that’s just to diagnose it. its a joke. More
Went in with parents to buy a Kia went next day to pick it up, there was a small crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove it. When my husband asked for it to be replaced he refused and it up, there was a small crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove it. When my husband asked for it to be replaced he refused and was calling my husband a liar and said it was there the day before even though there were 4 of us that actually sat in the drivers seat and none of us saw it and it’s right in your view. Can’t miss it! He couldn’t give us any type of discount on the car and couldn’t even fix the windshield. Then Mike started to act childish and said oh maybe an elf came down and crack the windshield (Childish). Needless to say we asked for the check back and they said it was locked in a safe and that the safe wouldn’t open until Monday. My husband made a seen and somehow the safe magically opened and we got our check in hand. Another manager came over and apologized for the way MIKE was acting and offered to pay for half of the windshield but we were all set! If you read other reviews there is negative ones and it’s about the sales manager hmmm I wonder if it was MIKE! If you need a KIA go to KIA of Swansea go see Vinny he’s awesome and so is the sales team and managers! More

My son and I visited Kia of Dartmouth on Sunday 1 August 2021 around 1130 am. He is looking for a K5 to lease. We wanted to know how much down we needed to make a certain monthly payment. As we are waiting we hear some other manager telling another salesman that "if his customers are not here in 10 minutes I'm going to get my fu#king lunch". A woman salesperson apologized and said that should not happen. But when they get hungry they get grumpy. I said if I acted like that in front of any customers I would be fired. Finally Scotty returns and says we need to put so much down to get our monthly price point. I asked how much below MSRP is the price starting at?That same manager yells across the sales floor and informs me that it's 2k over msrp. He said we can do that because of demand. He said they will be sold by Monday, 2 August. I called today (Monday 2 august) and all were still not sold or being held. Talk about poor customer service and not having any vision. He could have repeated customers in 3 years (after lease). Now he won't have any from this family. And I've already talked to friends about not going to this kia dealership. Go to KIA OF SWANSEA or another. AVOID KIA OF DARTMOUTH! More
The sales manager basically made his sales associate get out of his chair and interrupted us stating the sales person was new and he couldn’t give me the deal this guy was gonna offer. He didn’t believe me when I said I wasn’t buying the car today, said “ everyone says that”. I was so put off by his arrogance and misogyny that I asked him to leave. I will not buy a car here. No way! And I will be sharing the poor practices of this dealership with the corporate office and anyone looking for a car. Buyer beware! More
