Deceptive Price Listed on Online Car Shopping Sites Salesman Alex was Great!!! However, dealership posted what I feel is a deceptive price on all the online car shopping sites just to get me in (and in Salesman Alex was Great!!! However, dealership posted what I feel is a deceptive price on all the online car shopping sites just to get me in (and in my opinion, they probably did that to earn the GREAT DEAL rating on those sites). Price was actually $1000 higher than what I saw online. Scroll way down on the dealer's website & you'll see "price reflects $1000 cash down or trade." I ended up buying my car from a dealer that was upfront online about the REAL price of the car. This deceptive practice wasted my time, the salesman's time, and more importantly; my family's time. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at Kia of Dartmouth. My family and I visited the dealership 9/8/2018 to buy a Kia Sedona that was advertised on many online sites for $20,379. More

My experience was nothing short of amazing! I went into Kia of Dartmouth wanting a new vehicle, but believing I would never be approved for one. I had no money down, and my credit is less than I went into Kia of Dartmouth wanting a new vehicle, but believing I would never be approved for one. I had no money down, and my credit is less than good. My sales rep, David Beard greeted us at the door. He was very personable and welcoming, and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. I told him my situation, he did some research, and then took me to look at cars that he believed were right for me. Four hours later I drove my new SUV out of the dealership. Dave was awesome. He dispelled all the previous assumptions I had about car salesmen. I can not thank him enough! More

Bad taste Went to this dealership with pre approval from capital one. Made it clear of what our monthly payments needs to be in the begin a mind also asked that Went to this dealership with pre approval from capital one. Made it clear of what our monthly payments needs to be in the begin a mind also asked that we didn’t have mult credit pulls done and we were assured that they wouldn’t do that. While waiting for them to come back with a decision mind you they never asked for the pre approval letter that we had theybran our credit mult times. And then came back and stared that the better deal would be to get us in a new car. After taking a new car for a ride we had expressed concerns as to is this going to fit in our budget and we were assured they would try and make it work. They came back with payment a double what we said our make was and when we got upset and I made statements that why did we waste time looking st a new car that was double to cost the salesmen stayed that we wasted his time as well. Not happy at all with the experience just be honest we wouldn’t have been upset if they had just said sorry we cannt make it work. Instead misleading and rude is what we got More
